The overall goal here is to increase awareness of good/bad behaviors, habits, manners and etiquette. Curriculum are taught weekly in an afterschool setting to include responsibility, respect, manners, accountability, integrity, etc... Youth who come to these sessions improve in verbal communication and respect for others. Typically we serve between 20-35 youth annually in character development and training 15000 Leadership Development is designed for youth who want more. Our curriculum focuses solely on leadership traits and qualities necessary to be the NEXT. We typically have at least 10 students who make it to leadership development. 10000 Last but not least,community service is one of the most enjoyable programs we have. Students from character development and leadership development both work together to find community projects such as litter pick up, painting, food distribution, etccc...
