The term of office of each Trustee shall be for one (1) year from the date of election and thereafter until his or her successor has been elected. The information pertaining to the election is distributed in May together with a proxy form, but all members are invited to attend the annual meeting in person. The treasurer position minimally compensates the individual for the considerable time required to execute the duties. The amount of the stipend will be periodically reviewed by an independent committee of the Board and then reviewed by the entire Board. All of the other officers/Trustees serve without compensation. The only other position that receives Board review to compensation is that of the Head Groundskeeper, but it is not a position to which any executive or management responsibility is delegated without oversight (and thus not a key employee either by duties or amount of compensation).
