The management company provided executive director services, support staff, and conference management. The management company also provides office space. Form 990 Part VI Section B line 11b The Form 990 is presented to the Board at its annual meeting for review and approval. Form 990 Part VI Section B line 12c The policy requires that actual or potential conflicts of interest be disclosed to the Board of Directors. The Board determines if the conflict exists and is material. If the Board determines if a Board member has not disclosed a conflict, it shall take appropriate action. In addition, a conflict of interest statement is required to be filed.
