No representative of Willow Bend shall use his or her position, or the knowledge gained therefrom, in such a manner that a conflict arises between the interest of the organization and his or her personal interest, financial or otherwise. All Board members will be asked to fill out an evaluation form, which will be submitted to the President of the Board. From this information, the Executive Committee will prepare a summary evaluation. At the same time the Director will prepare a self-evaluation. The President will meet with the Director to discuss both evaluations; the final version of the Boards evaluation will be signed by the President and Director, and placed in the Directors personnel folder.Compensation for all staff will be evaluated annually, and adjustments will be included in the draft annual budget presented to the Board for action no later than at the June Board meeting.
