CMWN will deliver 15-20 WRAP or comparable wellness workshops to 100-150 individuals. CMWN surpassed our goal of reaching 3,000 individuals by reaching 4,840 in our fiscal year. CMWN provided 24 workshops to 149 individuals. 1,943 referrals provided in FY23 to other community resources. CMWN has met and exceeded this deliverable of 1,800 referrals 6,639 RTD Bus Passes distributed. Individuals living with mental health and or co-occurring conditions who are seeking recovery will have more seamless access to the full continuum of services they need to be well, including transportation and informed and appropriate warm hand-off referrals. 94 PSP successfully completed CMWNs PSP Training. CMWNs goal is to train at least 80 PSPs through eight total trainings. In total 32 PSP Supervisors attended 4 trainings. CMWNs goal is to train at least 20 PSP Supervisors through three total trainings. CMWN delivered four Quarterly Peer Networking events reaching 128 individuals. Colorado Mental Wellness Network, CMWN, was formed in 2013 and serves to empower Coloradans who are affected by mental heath conditions delivering wellness services to approximately 5,000 individuals each year. CMWN takes its responsibilities for timely filing very seriously and has never had a late filing. During the time when 990 was due to be filed, CMWN experienced significant attrition when 3 key employees abruptly exited the organization. Unfortunately, the filing deadline was missed. As a result, CMWN has adopted and implemented oversite including checks and balances. The policy mitigates late filings that include: A - The organization has contracted a consultant, with expertise in this area, to prepare the return; B - The Board of Directors for CMWN instituted a system of checks and balances to ensure timely filings of the annual return; C - The implemented process starts with the contracted accountant preparing the return. Then reviewed by the Executive Director, Treasurer, and ultimately the board of directors. CMWN has enclosed the 2022 990 for review and respectively requests a waiver of fines and penalties so that we may continue the work to serve our constituents.
