The minutes of all Board meetings record all disclosures, authorizations and other actions taken. Each official must complete and sign the Conflict of Interest Certification and Disclosure Form and deliver it to the President of the Board or General Manager Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15 The wage and salary plan was established by the General Manager of the Cooperative, along with two outside consultants. The Plan was reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors. The roles and responsibilities of the management employees were established in conjunction with a point system scale. That scale was used to compare salaries to local, state, regional and national compensation data. The plan is reviewed annually by the General Manager, then submitted to the Board of Directors for review and approval.
