All members in good standing of the Union shall have the right to attend any meeting at which the business of the Union is conducted, except where this right is prohibited by the law or modified in our constitution. Members in good standing are eligible to participate in decisions involving the Union by vote at General Membership Meetings. All votes taken by the Union adhere to the principle that each member in good standing receives one vote, except where such procedure is prohibited by law or modified in our constitution. Unfortunately, due to an unexpected personal emergency, the accountant was unable to finalize and submit the form by the deadline. Additionally, we were not able to retrieve the draft our accountant was working on, which further delayed the process. As a result, we had to restart the preparation from the beginning, which caused the filing to be delayed.
