The program provides benefit planning and assistance to social security disability beneficiaries that are currently working or contemplating returning to work. The program provides beneficiaries a test period so they transition to work without the fear of losing their social security benefits. The goal of the program is to find employment for participants while providing on the job training with the goal of allowing participants to maintain the jobs on their own.
