It consists of two (2) salaried members - Meir Schneider / Treasurer and Jan Albin / Secretary and five (5) non-salaried members: Bella Schneider - President, Mitch Sink - Vice President, and Michelle Hoffman, Ron Thiele and Esther Valier as Board Members at Large. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a The School has the seven (7) member Board of Directors who select or terminate any members of the organization's governing body. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b The principal officer reviews the Form 990 upon submission of the Accountant/Bookkeeper. Any changes or adjustments are then made on the tax returns. Before submitting the returns for filing, signed and approved copies are prepared for the Officer/File Copy, Accountant's Copy and for the general public, as may be requested.
