The Stated Assembly ritual is completed and a business meeting held. In addition, an educational/informative program is presented. Refreshments are provided for the purpose of fostering fraternal companionship and fellowship. The Council provides charitable support to various local charities. In addition, the Council helps support the Special Olympics, as the designated charity of the Grand Council of PA Royal & Select Master Masons. Each year, the Council provides funds to send one young man to the weeklong DeMolay Keyman University Leadership Conference.
