The Foundation's collections are made up of artifacts of historical significance, books, and art objects that are held for educational, research, scientific, and curatorial purposes. Each of the items is cataloged, preserved, and cared for, and activities verifying their existence and assessing their condition are performed continuously. Collection items are subject to a policy that requires them to be held by the Foundtion or returned by the donor. Part V, Line 4: The Foundation has established an endowment to provide a predictable stream of funding to programs and for scholarships supported by the endowment. Part X, Line 2: The Foundation has appropriate support for any tax positions taken affecting its annual filing requirements, and as such, does not have any uncertain tax positions that are material to the financial statements.
