I filed the 2022 990 late due to circumstances. I faxed a reasonable cause explanation for the delay on 5 31 2024. I waited to ensure the 2022 filing was approved and the waiver was approved but didn't get any feedback. Called back on 7 15 2024 and was told our fax wasn't received so I refaxed it and mailed it. I was told that it was good to go ahead and start the 2023 filing as the 2022 was accepted and approved. Since some information is used from previous years I was waiting for confirmation of the previous years approval prior to filing.
