Integrating our younger black brown Latino LGBTQ+ generation in community discussions to uplift their voices and have their input on what they would like to see implemented in the inner city of Boston that supports their well - being and growth. Mentorship The goal of the mentorship program is to match individuals with an adult mentor; that can give them space to build and bond while also participating in group events and various activities. The mentorship program focuses on life transitions and milestones that our youth face helping them integrate new phases in their life by the power of exposure. Housing Support Offer housing assistance to individuals that identify as LGBTQ+. Provide members with financial assistance and or support with identifying agencies that offer financial support with housing opportunities and rental assistance programs. Food Tackle food disparities within the LGBTQ+ community; while providing food referrals to members of the LGBTQ+ community to local food pantries and other food service agencies around the Boston region. Mental Health Helping our community overcome generational trauma racial violence impact on our black children youth learning how to sit with discomfort and most importantly breaking the stigma of therapy in our black brown Latino LGBTQ+ community Education and Training Provide support with life skill training and GED Higher education assistance for individuals that identify as LGBTQ+ in the inner city of Boston. While Facilitating trauma informed workshops to better educate individuals on bipoc issues and commonalities. Youth & Adult Employment Connect with employers in the private and public sectors to offer and provide equal employment opportunities to individuals that identify as LGBTQ+ that are seeking employment and internship resources.
