I sent an email tech to support allowing them to know that I was having problems as the system would not allow me to continue to complete the form as I was having problems beginning at 9:30pm - Some of the pop-ups were "the key given was not in the dictionary, and then the system would continuously log me out this occurred until 3:30am. then reviewed the filing through quick jump and some information was included and some placed in the wrong places when a review would show the information was imported but it wasn't. So I deleted the original filing and started a new one to make sure the information was correct. But several times it continued to log me out of the system after deleting the original one. Consequently, due to technical issues, I was unable to submit.
