This mentorship program emphasizes improving the girls confidence and overall empowerment. 2.Our F.A.N.C.Y. Ambassador Program is a paid internship that helps the participants develop essential workforce and leadership skills. 3. We expanded our school-based programs to twelve different schools in four local school districts serving almost 200 girls. 4. We hosted our 2023 F.A.N.C.Y Teen Girls Expo at Valencia Park Elementary. The expo involved over 300 girls participating in empowerment workshops, enjoying live entertainment and food as well as hearing from different guest speakers all supported by our generous vendors, donors, parents, and volunteers. 5.
