There is a strict formula that the organization follows to determine who is eligible, how much they can receive from Cross Roads House and how to proceed with securing a landlord suitable to receive rental assistance tenants. This money comes to Cross Roads House from a HUD/State contract and the organization is required to bill the Permanent Supportive Housing Grant each month for the prior month's costs. Cross Roads House is also subject to a yearly audit of our documents and procedures surrounding the money we pay out. Net assets at the beginning of 2022 and net assets at the end of 2022 as well as the change in net assets for the year ended June 30, 2022 have been corrected through prior period adjustments.
