USA Board that support each of the Program Service areas in December of the current year for the upcoming year. The US Board reviews the requests asks clarifying questions checks calculations and approves each Grant Request which are then signed by the Board President & Executive Director in the US and the Executive Director and School Administrator in Uganda. The US Board approves the monthly funding requests against the approved Grant Requests each month and the Treasurer sets up the wire or wires to be sent about the 19th of each month. Each month the Board receives a reconciliation report from Uganda showing the amounts of the wires received the conversion into Uganda Shillings and the expenditures for the month. In addition each month the Staff signs a form acknowledging the receipt of their salary for the month and only after receiving the signed Salary Acceptance Sheet for the previous month does the US Treasurer release the Salary funds for the monthly wire.
