The Link School LLC provides education to special needs students up to age 21. The Link School Foundation, Inc.'s mission is to support The Link School LLC with fundraising for capital campaigns and programs that can not be reached through tuition alone. As a newly formed organization, The Link School Foundation did not have income or expenses in 2023, as it waited for it's Letter of Determination of 501(c)3 status prior to beginning fundraising. The organization received it's Letter of Determination of 501(c)3 status as a public charity as a Type I supporting organization under IRC Section 509(a)(3) on March 28, 2024.
