      <PrimaryExemptPurposeTxt>Since its inception in 1988, Camp Oak Hill has been dedicated to providing affordable and character building programs for underserved, low-income populations and the organizations that serve those populations in the Mid-Atlantic region. These programs include summer camps and retreat facilities at a minimum 40% price reduction. These reduced rates are subsidized through charitable donations and revenues from full-priced rentals of Camp Oak Hill facilities.</PrimaryExemptPurposeTxt>
      <ProgramSrvcAccomplishmentGrp>
        <DescriptionProgramSrvcAccomTxt>Camp Oak Hill provided lodging, outdoor camping activities, access to natural resources, e.g., boating, fishing, creek exploration, hiking, and recreational facilities to our local community and the broader Mid-Atlantic region. We hosted a total of 35 groups with a total of 754 guests. Of those 35 groups, 25 (70%) accounted for 67% (504) of our guests. Those 25 groups met our tax-exempt purpose and our nonprofit mission criteria of working with underserved families, children, and youth (ages 14-24) with a commitment to character building. Each group received at least a 40% subsidy. This significant subsidy either made a group's camp experience possible or allowed them to bring more campers. Examples would be a camp for children and youth from the Philadelphia Police Athletic League (PAL) and a regional jamboree for the Girl Scouts of America. The 10 groups that paid full price plus charitable donations accounted for more than 50% of our revenues allowing us to subsidize the children, youth, and family camps that are the focus of our mission as a nonprofit organization.</DescriptionProgramSrvcAccomTxt>

      <FactsAndCircumstancesTestTxt>Since purchasing the Camp Oak Hill property in 1988, the Camp Oak Hill, Inc. nonprofit organization has been committed to honoring and continuing the historical legacy of the original Camp Oak Hill founders who established it as the first summer camp for African American girls in the US. These African American women owned and operated the camp from 1948 until 1988 when it was purchased by our non-profit organization, Camp Oak Hill, Inc. From its founding in 1948 through the civil rights era of the 1960's, Camp Oak Hill was the only place in the US for black girls to have a summer camp experience. In honor of that legacy Camp Oak Hill, Inc. has continued providing affordable summer camp and retreat facilities for underserved populations. This includes urban and rural children and youth from low income neighborhoods, young adults, families, autistic adults, and the organizations that serve these and other underserved populations. The Camp Oak Hill board of directors represents a broad interest in the issues facing America's underserved populations and are committed to increasing the solicitation of funds to preserve the legacy of the founders, the natural beauty of our 50 acre property, and to renovate and expand the facilities to better serve our guests and to raise public awareness of the historic founding of Camp Oak Hill.</FactsAndCircumstancesTestTxt>
