Scholarships are awarded based strictly on the criteria for recipients established by the donor at the time the scholarship endowment or similarly restricted fund is provided to the Foundation. The Fresno Pacific University financial aid office determines recipients based on donor wishes and in accordance with the University's own evaluation of criteria. The financial aid office monitors compliance and manages all awards. The Foundation reimburses the University for scholarships awarded.
