We have eighty-three homes and a neighborhood pool, which is where most of the dues are spent each year. We employ seasonal lifeguards at the pool, and also pay for some maintenance on common areas. We are a homeowner's association and use the dues to pay for our community pool mostly. We hire qualified life guards from our neighborhood and have neighborhood events surrounding the pool. We have food drives and have had book drives also this year to aid our community.
