Project PinkLight: Launched in 2016, Project Pinklight is an accelerator program designed to help women launch their own private equity funds. The program addresses the lack of diversity among founding partners and encourages women to start their own firms. PEWIN expects to support eight to ten firms through Pinklight every year. Project Pinklight includes an in-person bootcamp in which would-be founders receive feedback on their pitches from LPs and GPs and a toolkit on the ins and out of starting a fund. Speakers Bureau: PEWIN members are senior women general partners, limited partners and private equity professionals at endowments, foundations, pension plans, fund-of-funds, family offices, venture, buyout and mezzanine firms, consultants, and select advisory firms. Members sign to be speakers at industry conferences, PEWIN events and press on their areas of expertise. Sponsorship: To accelerate the impact PEWIN has created since its inception, we started the Sponsorship program so firms can support and demonstrate their commitment to the advancement of women in our industry. Firms can partner with PEWIN at Founding ($100K/Year), Platinum ($75K/Year), Gold ($50K/Year), Silver ($25K/Year) and Bronze ($10K/Year) with a 3-year commitment. Toigo Rise: Launched in February 2020, Toigo Rise is a year-long programdesigned for rising women leaders within private equity (7 10 years experience) by providing focused leadership training,coaching, quantitative skill building and more. PEWIN has partnered with Toigo to match participants with PEWIN members who will serve as mentors for them.
