They oversee and can vote on Day to Day operational changes in the greater good of the orginization. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6 There were 225 members this calender year. All of which have voting rights. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a All members have the ability to vote in and out their Board of directors and Executive committee. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b This will be passed out during our Board of directors meeting, once approved it will be published on the Website. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 Yes all these documents are on our website RodeoPafra.com Form 990, Part IX, Line 24e These expenses come as part of putting on our World Championship rodeo. The previous Executive committee failed to file taxes for this Tax year. The current Executive Committee was voted in Dec 2022. It then took Fiscal year 2023 to go back through the financial records and tac documents. Many of these amounts that we had to research and go to the actual donor to get. We It took us 3 months to gain access to the bank accounts where we could go back and investigate within the organization to find out what had been and had not been done. We as an Executive committee investigated all financial records thoroughly and have all the pertinent data to proceed with filing. We since have voted out the Executive committee that failed to file and blacklisted them for their actions. We are extremely remorseful for their actions, and have been attempting to get this situation rectified, however due to the EC's refusal to hold financial meetings and be transparent with the organization regarding whether or not the taxes have been filed this proved to be a difficult challenge for us. We have since setup a series of checks and balences to keep this from happening in the future and are extremely apologetic. We vow for this to not happen in the future and are doing everything within our power to not allow this to happen again.
