Once approved, the Treasurer files the completed return with the IRS. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c Annually the Board of Directors must complete a conflicts of interest form which is then reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors for each member, to ensure, if any, if applicable, related parties are identified. Each monthly Board Meeting would monitor the activities of the Department.
