Each association is represented by the elected trustees and the Director of Mission. Three places are filled by at large members elected by the board. Pt VI, Line 11b Form 990 review process: The tax form 990 is reviewed by the Executive Director and the treasure. A copy may also be requested by any member of the Board of trustees or a church that is a member of the Baptist Association the camp serves. Pt VI, Line 12c Explanation of monitoring and enforcement of conflicts: To ensure ETBE operates in a manner consistent with charitable purposes and does not engage in activities that could jeopardize its tax-exempt status, periodic review shall be conducted. The periodic reviews shall, at minimum, include the following subjects: 1) Whether compensation arrangements are reasonable, based on a survey of information and the result of arm's length bargaining. 2) Whether partnerships, joint ventures, and arrangements with management organization confirms to ventured, and arrangements with management organization confirm to ETBE's written policies, are properly recorded, reflect reasonable investment or payments for good and services, further charitable purposes and do not result in inurement, impermissible private benefit or in an excess benefit transaction.
