The Organization is annually required to file a Return of Organization Exempt from Income Tax (Form 990) with the IRS. In addition, it is subject to income tax on net income that is derived from business activities that are unrelated to our exempt purposes. Management has determined that the Organization is not subject to unrelated business income tax and have not filed an Exempt Organization Business Income Tax Return (Form 990-T) with the IRS. Pt VI, Line 15a The Executive Director's compensation is discussed by the Executive Committee and any compensation changes are determined by the Executive Committee but not to exceed the amount budgeted for increases that was approved by the Board during Organization's annual budget approval.
