Senior Farm Bags - In 2023 our farm was severally impacted by the unseasonable heat and drought conditions. We temporarily stopped donating farm bags to The Well, a local church that has a food pantry because we didn't have enough harvest to donate. We hope to have a better harvest to donate next year. 0 2465 Farm Infrastructure - We continue to build out the farm infrastructure in order to produce vegetables for distribution to our community. Due to the unusual heat we had to rework the irrigation system and shade measures to ensure that the crops were not scorched. We also had to replace some of the materials on the existing greenhouses. Last but not least a wood fence was added as an additional method for pest control. 0 30145 Imperishable Food Boxes - In 2023 we continued researching and developing a plan for the distribution of non-perishable foods including dehydrated and freeze dried especially for those families that may not be able to consume all of the fresh vegetables before they go bad.
