No professional fundraising is involved, nor are there any related expenses. These efforts raised an amount of $50.146. 1 The Conference did not provide any grants or assistance to any individuals in the amount of $5,000 or more. The aggregate numbers of grants and assistance provided to individuals is listed in 0 0 0 Schedule I, Part I, Line 2 The Society maintains records of all grants of monetary assistance provided to individuals we interact with. These records are in the form of Case History Reports and contain information as to the date, individual's name, address, type of assistance requested, and what we provided. The records include the value of the assistance provided, the names, addresses and amounts paid to landlords or others if needed, and the names of the members that granted the request. Individual records are kept for a minimum of three years. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b Review of Form 990 as submitted to IRS and the CA State Information Returns are conducted during regularly scheduled meetings of the Conference.
