The above taxpayer received the enclosed notice assessing penalties for not filing their 2023 Form 990 in a timely manner. The taxpayer is requesting the late filing penalty be relieved using the First Time Abatement waiver. The taxpayer meets the criteria for requesting FTA: the taxpayer has filed all required returns or extensions, does not have any outstanding tax return requests or abatements, and does not have any previously outstanding taxes due. All documentation is attached to this letter. The taxpayer is up to date with all current required filings and agrees to submit any future filings along with payment due in a timely fashion.
