We support two separate charities, Susan G. Komen and Bowlers for Veterans (BVL) and all funds are remitted to them. For example, the total received this fiscal year was $17,530 but only the amount destined for BVL was paid during the fiscal year. The Susan G. Komen funds were paid after the accounting cycle had closed. The association compiles two average books per year (Winter and Summer bowling seasons) and provides copies to the 270 plus league secretaries and our 16 local bowling centers.
