Sequel Health Law PLLC Service provider 361477 Aimed Alliance paid fees below market value for professional services it received from Sequel Health Law PLLC in 2023. Sequel Health Law is more than 35% controlled by Michael Barnes, a former Aimed Alliance director. Aimed Alliance experienced unexpected administrative obligations that drew its staff resources away from 990 preparation. More time was necessary to prepare the 990 and allow the board of directors to review the 990 before filing it with the IRS.
