Celebrate EACC member companies and organizations that are leading local efforts to train and retain the skilled workforce needed for the 21st Century. 2. Connect EACC member companies to resources that can help then meet their workforce needs. 3. Advocate for more positive attitudes and a better appreciation for the possibilities of careers in manufacturing and trades. 4. Support European and other executives arriving in the Cincinnati Tri-State region (and their families) by helping them feel welcome and to connect to peers and resources that ease the transition both personally and professionally. 5.
