Board members and key employees must disclose any potential conflicts as outlined in the conflict of interest policy. During discussion of any new issues board members are also asked if they have any conflicts. Additionally, each year as we review the completed Form 990 we will remind the Board of the Conflict of Interest Policy. Potential conflicts are reviewed by the Chairman and any members with conflicts will recuse themselves from any discussions or votes on the conflicting topic.
