Each Board of Directors member receives a copy. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c The Board of Directors has voted and approved both a conflict of interest and whistleblower policy. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15 The Executive Director's salary is reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors on an as needed basis. The Executive Director's pay is approximately $$5,700 per month. The Executive Director of the non-profit also provides clinical services which they retain 80% of the monies generated from said clinical services. He earned $68,420 in 2023 for being the Executive Director. CFCC & Associates does not compensate Board of Director members except for the Executive Director. Members participate on the Board of Directors as volunteers and fully participate in a minimum of quarterly business meetings and also serve on subcommittees to further support the work of the Executive Director and the mission of CFCC & Associates.
