(PYR)is still in the beginning stages and not yet operational as a school; however, PYR has adopted a nondiscriminatory policy as stated in our IRS Form 1023, and on our functional website as well as included in all correspondence with potential supporters and donors. Schedule E, Part I, Line 4 4a is not applicable at this time; however, our IRS Form 1023 does have a racial composition for the student body, faculty, and administrative staff indicated for the expected percentages. Likewise, 4b is not applicable at this time since the facility has not been built and is not in a position to accept students.
