We had a fund raiser in 2022 to use for website and mobile device app. We decided to create only a new website because the cost was substantially less and we had not collected as many donations as before and our yearly costs were more than our income. We had our banking account hacked during 2023 and it took the bank a significant time to complete an investigation and return our monies. We had approximately $40,000 taken from our account at one point from an unknown hacker and had to wait for it to be returned by the bank. We also changed banks in this process so that our monies were safe once again. Therefore, it took time for us to organize and file.
