International programs include aid, community development, care packages, and school operations. Projects utilize donated services and expertise by professionals in the STEM, academic and business fields. Outreach Projects: Children & Charity International has NGO locals in 8 countries that were active in ongoing projects during 2023. The Care for a Child's Heart (CFACH) project was able to provide life-saving cardiac surgery for 122 patients in 2023. Patients had surgery in Kenya, India, and Tanzania. Since 2002, CFACH has provided pre and post-op care and support for 800 children from Kenya, other East African countries, and Europe. Medicine was distributed to 800 patients, and CFACH hosted 600 families at the Care Center. Cardiac surgeons correct life-threatening heart defects, while patients and their parents experience love at the Family Center. An extension was filed and granted.
