Election of members and their rights. There are approximately 145 active members. The Board of Directors is responsible for making decisions and there are 16 voting members on the board (there was 1 vacancy on the board 2022-2023 fiscal year) However the president is not entitled to a vote. Only if a tie is reached is the President allowed to vote. Decisions subject to approval of members. The board of directors is responsible for policies and procedures of the organization; Electing officers, approving directors: oversite and approving budgets, etc. Organizations process to review form 990. A copy of form 990 is presented to the designated officer for review before being signed and filed and is available for the other members to review. Governing documents disclosure explanation.
