TVPs role with Tehama CoC include coordinating collaborative processes, including strategic planning, gaps analysis, ensuring equitable access to services, serving as a hub for local distribution of federal, state, and local funds for shelter and housing programs, and maintaining the community-wide Homeless Managament Information System (HMIS), a shared database into which service projects supported by a number of state and federal enter service data.
