Each Executive Committee member shall serve a term of two years, and will serve staggered terms. The Executive Committee shall oversee the affairs of the Corporation between Board meetings and shall have the power to act on the behalf of the Corporation, with review by the Board of Directors. The Executive Committee shall provide regular updates of its proceedings and actions to the Board of Directors. Meetings of the Executive Committee may be held at the call of the President or at such regular times as a majority of the Executive Committee may determine, and shall be governed by same rules that govern the Board of Directors.
