There are approximately 40,000 members. There is only one class of members which have the right to elect trustees vote on changes to the articles of incorporation and bylaws mergers and disposal of property assets in excess of 10% of the cooperative's total assets. Part VI, Line 7a All active members are eligible to vote for trustees. Trustees are elected for a three-year term with two or three trustees positions open to election each year.
