The related organization files all required federal employment returns. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7a The Trustees are appointed by the Board of Directors of the Society of the Former Special Agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Inc., except for the Ex-Officio member which consists of the President of the Society. It is then sent to the entire Board of Trustees for approval before it is filed with the IRS.
