Most of the scholarship funds require that the payments be made directly to the eligible educational institution. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11b Each year, the Foundation contracts with an external accounting firm to assist in the preparation of IRS Form 990. Once prepared, the Foundation's board of directors reviews a complete, unredacted copy of the return. Any necessary changes are communicated back to the external accounting firm so that the return can be updated prior to filing. This process has not changed since the previous return filing. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, line 19 The Foundation's organizational documents are available by submitting a written request.
