Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a Previous responses have suggested that our governing documents did not permit this, however after a review during the year, it was determined that this was incorrect. The process is for the board to provide a slate of directors to the membership for consideration and a vote. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b The Form 990 is prepared by the Treasurer, and the final draft of the Form 990 is distributed by the board for review prior to the submission. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c The board, through its secretary, receives annual disclosures from all directors. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 18 TNSF provides a summary of its financials (Form 990) in its published magazine annually. A copy of our form 990 is available for request through phone or email. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 All governing documents, including policies, procedures and financials re available to board members through the TNSF portal. The public do not have access to these documents, however upon request, the President and/or Secretary may provide that information. Form 990, Part XI, Line 9 this adjustment is used to balance the net funds. The expenses balance with our P&L, however it is off by this amount. TNSF requested and received an extension after filing Form 8868.
