These include Agriculture, Education, Economy, Land Use & Housing, Public Safety, Social Services and Transportation. This report is distributed to thousands of community, business, education and political leaders within Ventura County to inform their decision-making.The Ventura County Civic Alliance raised funds, researched and published the 2023 State of the Region report. Board members volunteered hundreds of hours and additional resources were contracted to write and edit the report.
