With authorization from the board chairman and treasurer, the Executive Director shall sign and submit the final Form 990 tax return before the filing deadline. If a filing extension is required, the Board of Directors shall be notified. In the event of a filing extension, the Board of Directors shall receive the Form 990 at its next regularly scheduled meeting. The full Board of Directors, after its review of the Form 990, may provide revisions for inclusion in an amended return. All completed tax returns shall be available for public inspection upon valid request. Pt VI, Line 12c Members are required annually to report any conflicts and to sign a copy of the Conflict of Interest Policy.
