Part III, line 3 In 2022 through the City of Albuquerque NMAL offered a two week summer art program Art Story for children attending neighborhood programs at three different community centers in underserved areas of the city. The program engaged children by showing them the world of artists past and present each responding to the unique culture of New Mexico. The first week was designed for children ages 6 - 8 and the second for children ages 9 - 11. With 2 classes each week accommodating up to 20+ students each Art Story served between 80 and 100 children at each of the three community centers. NMAL opted not to provide those services in 2023.
