Part III response or note to any other line in Part III The fiscal year ended October 31, 2023, was a return to normality with respect to the programs offered. It was a banner year in that the Organization was able to give funding to the Town of Narragansett to satisfy the long term goal of the Organization to build a new library to replace the old one. Part VI response or note to any other line in Part VI The Board of Directors is currently comprised of 7 people. There are about 50 people who regularly attend meetings and can vote on agenda items. The meeting minutes, including decisions, are emailed to all attendees for corrections and edits and are approved or rejected at the next meeting and filed. There is an annual meeting held every year. There is an election of officers every two years. Raffles were part of the fundraising, and all items were donated to the Organization. There is no compensation paid to anyone.
