We believe in challenging the criminalization and demonization of black males. We combat their victimization through the development of their Identity, Self-Esteem, Interpersonal Relationships, Communication Skills and Community Involvement. The CLIC for Boys? core values are Power, Respect, Family and Legacy. CLIC for Girls A program focused on personal development of girls rooted in truth regarding the worth and value of all people. We believe in challenging the over-sexualization of black females. We combat their victimization through development of their Faith, Self-Esteem, Interpersonal Relationships, including Effective Communication and Community Involvement. Supportive Services for Children of Incarcerated Parents The CLIC is working to implement strategies to provide emotional support, acceptance, and positive affirmation of all members of the family. This program provides life-skills training, legal consulting services, workshops to promote positive behaviors, and job readiness skills training. Children in this program also have access to the services in The CLIC for Boys and The CLIC for Girls programs.
