Financial statements and the Executive Director's annual report are published each Fall in our quarterly magazine, The Bent. Due to the lingering effects of the COVID pandemic, our auditing firm withdrawing from the non-profit industry, and subsequent engagement with a new auditor, our 2022 audit was provided late. Due to the late arrival of this audit, we were unable to carry our accounting records forward in the appropriate amount of time and were forced to request an extension for filing. In addition, our Director of Finance and Operations encountered health issues which prohibited him from assisting in completing the tax return on time as planned.
